PART-TIME SESSIONAL. (a) An Employee who works less than the full regular hours but at least fourteen (14) hours per week with no termination date anticipated at the time of appointment, except that the scheduled work year is at least seven (7) months but less than twelve (12) months, with a recurring scheduled absence, without pay, during the balance of each calendar year. (b) The Employee shall be entitled to the following on a pro-rated basis in accordance with the proportion of full-time hours and months worked:
