TOOL ALLOWANCE AND SECURITY Clause Samples
The "Tool Allowance and Security" clause defines the provisions regarding the supply, use, and safeguarding of tools required for a job or project. Typically, it outlines whether the employer will provide a monetary allowance for tools, specify which party is responsible for supplying them, and detail any security measures or obligations for protecting the tools from loss or damage. This clause ensures clarity on financial responsibility and risk allocation related to tools, helping to prevent disputes over tool ownership, maintenance, or replacement during the course of work.
