Common use of Parking Space Allotment Clause in Contracts

Parking Space Allotment. The mutual agreement by and between the Parties that (1) the Parking Space (if any has been agreed to be taken by the Buyer) shall be allotted to the Buyer after completion of construction of the Said Building but simultaneously with delivery of possession of the Said Flat (2) if covered, the Parking Space may be dependent or independent and in the ground floor of any building in the Said Cluster and if open, the Parking Space may be dependent or independent and at any place in the ground level of the Said Property (3) if for two xxxxxxx, at any place in the ground level reserved for the parking of two wheelers only (4) the Parking Space can only be used for parking of a medium sized motor car or two xxxxxxx of the Buyer and not for any other purposes and (5) the Buyer will have only right to park in the Parking Space. The Buyer hereby accepts the above and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.

The mutual agreement by and between the Parties that (1) the Parking Space (if any has been agreed to be taken by the BuyerAllottee/s) shall be allotted to the Buyer Allottee/s after completion of construction of the Said Building Project but simultaneously with delivery of possession of the Said Flat Apartment, (2) if covered, the Parking Space may be dependent or independent and in the ground floor of any building in the Said Cluster Complex and if open, the Parking Space may be dependent or independent and at any place in the ground level of the Said Property (3) if for two xxxxxxx, at any place in the ground level reserved for the parking of two wheelers only (4) the Parking Space can only be used for parking of a medium sized motor car or car/two xxxxxxx of the Buyer Allottee/s and not for any other purposes and (5) the Buyer Allottee/s will have only right to park in the Parking Space. The Buyer Allottee/s hereby accepts the above and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
