Agreement to Record. Pursuant to the aforesaid application made by the Buyer and the allotment made by the Developer, this Agreement is being entered into between the Parties for recording the conclusive and comprehensive terms and conditions (superseding all previous understandings and documents, oral or in writing, express or implied) for sale of the Said Flat And Appurtenances to the Buyer.
Agreement to Record. Pursuant to the aforesaid, the Buyer has approached the Vendor for being allotted for purchase the Said Flat And Appurtenances and the Vendor has agreed to make such allotment and in furtherance thereof the Parties are entering into this Agreement for recording the conclusive and comprehensive agreed terms and conditions (superseding all brochures, offerings, advertisements, documents and understandings) for allotment and sale of the Said Flat And Appurtenances to the Buyer.
Agreement to Record. Grant Recipient shall cause this Covenant Agreement to be recorded in the real property records of King County, Washington. Grant Recipient shall pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with such recording and shall provide the County with a copy of the recorded document.

The Parties hereby confirm that they are signing this Agreement with full knowledge of all the laws, rules, regulations, notifications, etc., applicable to the Project; The Parties, replying on the confirmations, representations and assurances of each other to faithfully abide by all the terms, conditions and stipulations contained in this Agreement and all applicable laws, are now willing to enter into this Agreement on the terms and conditions appearing hereinafter;

This Agreement is being entered into between the Vendor/Developer and the Confirming Parties and the Allottee for recording the conclusive and comprehensive terms and conditions (superseding all previous documents and understandings, oral and in writing, express or implied) for sale of the Said Apartment And Appurtenances

Pursuant to the aforesaid application made by the Allottee/s, this Agreement is being entered into between the Parties for recording the conclusive and comprehensive terms and conditions (superseding all brochures, offerings, advertisements, documents [oral or in writing, express or implied] and understandings) for sale of the Said Flat And Appurtenances to the Allottee/s.
Agreement to Record. Pursuant to selection of the Said Apartment by the Allottee, the Developer agreed to sell to the Allottee and the Allottee has agreed to purchase the Said Apartment, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein and in accordance with the Said Scheme. Now Therefore in consideration of the representations, mutual covenants, terms and conditions and understandings as set forth herein, the sufficiency whereof each of the Parties admits and acknowledge, the Parties hereto agree as follows:
Agreement to Record. Owner agrees that City may record this Regulatory Agreement against the Property in the official records of the County.
