Parish rates and service charges. 6.1. Except where included in the rent, the Tenant must pay to the Parish ( ) or reimburse the Landlord for the payment of the Parish Occupier’s Rate. The Rates (Jersey) Law 2005 provides that a person who is an occupier on the 1st January is liable for the Occupier’s Rate for that year.
