Parental Leaves. 9.6.2.1 An Employee who has accessed maternity leave under Article 9.6.1 shall be entitled, upon request, to a leave without pay for a period not to exceed sixty- one (61) consecutive weeks, which must begin immediately after the leave taken under Article 9.6.1.
