Parental leave and other entitlements. (a) A practitioner may in lieu of or in conjunction with parental leave, access other paid leave entitlements which the practitioner has accrued, such as annual leave, long service leave, and TOIL or other time off entitlements accrued under flexible working arrangements, subject to the total amount of leave not exceeding 52 weeks.
