Paraprofessional. a. Employees who desire a transfer for the next school year to a new assignment shall notify the Assistant Superintendent for Personnel, in writing, no later than March 15. b. Employees who are to be transferred to a new assignment shall be notified at least five (5) business days prior to the transfer, if possible. c. When dictated by the needs of the District, the Employee with the least length of service, and all other factors are substantially equal, will be transferred.
