Parallel Debt (Covenant to pay the Security Agent. (a) Each Obligor irrevocably and unconditionally undertakes to pay to the Security Agent its Parallel Debt which shall be amounts equal to, and in the currency or currencies of, its Corresponding Debt.
Parallel Debt (Covenant to pay the Security Agent. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, each Obligor hereby irrevocably and unconditionally undertakes to pay to the Security Agent, as creditor in its own right and not as representative of the other Secured Parties, sums equal to and in the currency of each amount payable by the Obligors to each of the Secured Parties under each of the Finance Documents as and when that amount falls due for payment under the relevant Finance Document or would have fallen due but for any discharge resulting from failure of another Secured Party to take appropriate steps, in insolvency proceedings affecting the Obligor, to preserve its entitlement to be paid that amount.
Parallel Debt (Covenant to pay the Security Agent. (a) In this Clause 21.3 (Parallel Debt (Covenant to pay the Security Agent)):

Parallel Debt (Covenant to pay the Security Agent the Security Agent agrees with each Obligor to apply all moneys from time to time paid by such Obligor to the Security Agent in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this clause 31. 140
Parallel Debt (Covenant to pay the Security Agent to the extent permitted by applicable law, shall be applied in accordance with Clause 38.5 (Application of receipts; partial payments).
Parallel Debt (Covenant to pay the Security Agent shall apply, with any necessary modifications, to each Finance Document.
Parallel Debt (Covenant to pay the Security Agent. (a) Subject to the Guarantee Limitations, each Debtor hereby irrevocably and unconditionally undertakes to pay to the Security Agent amounts equal to any amounts owing from time to time by that Debtor to any Secured Party under, as applicable, (i) any Senior Secured Document (the “Senior Parallel Debt”), (ii) any Second Lien Debt Document (the “Second Lien Parallel Debt”) and (iii) any Additional Unsecured Debt Document (the “Additional Unsecured Parallel Debt”), respectively, as and when those amounts are due (each a “Parallel Debt”).
Parallel Debt (Covenant to pay the Security Agent. 3.1 Each Debtor hereby irrevocably and unconditionally undertakes to pay to the Security Agent amounts equal to any amounts owing from time to time by that Debtor to any Secured Party under any Senior Finance Document as and when those amounts are due.
Parallel Debt (Covenant to pay the Security Agent. (a) Each of the Obligors hereby separately and independently of any other agreement on its part contained in this Agreement or any other Finance Document irrevocably and unconditionally agrees and undertakes with the Security Agent, and each Secured Party (other than the Security Agent) acknowledges that each of the Obligors shall pay to the Security Agent sums equal to, and in the currency of, any sums owing by it to a Secured Party (other than the Security Agent) under any Finance Documents (the “Principal Obligations”) as and when the same fall due for payment under the relevant Finance Document (together with the obligations described in paragraph (e) below, the “Parallel Debt Obligations”).
