Painting Assignments. Employees shall continue to perform painting assignments, however, they shall not be required to paint the exteriors of fire stations nor the ceiling and walls of the apparatus room at Station #1. Personnel performing painting assignments may wear fire department coveralls or shall be provided other protective apparel as needed for their pants and shoes. When responding to any incident from a painting detail, coveralls shall be removed. Turnout pants and boots shall be readily accessible in the event they are needed.
