Owner’s Rights. B.1.1 The Owner shall have the right to perform work related to each project and to award contracts in connection with each project that are not part of the CMF’s responsibilities under the CMF AGREEMENT. The CMF shall notify the Owner in writing if any such independent actions will in any way compromise the CMF’s ability to meet the CMF’s responsibilities under the CMF AGREEMENT.
