Common use of Owned Premises Clause in Contracts

Owned Premises. The Owned Premises are 100% beneficially owned by the Corporation or a Subsidiary (or to the best of the Corporation’s knowledge, the Joint Venture Entity), and the Corporation or the applicable Subsidiary (and to the best of the Corporation’s knowledge, the Joint Venture Entity) holds the Owned Premises under valid, subsisting and enforceable title documents and such title documents permit the Corporation and such Subsidiary (and to the best of the Corporation’s knowledge, the Joint Venture Entity) to carry on the Business thereon as currently conducted.

Owned Premises. The Owned Premises are 100% beneficially owned by the Corporation or a Subsidiary (or to the best of the Corporation’s knowledge, the Joint Venture Entity)Significant Subsidiary, and the Corporation or the applicable Significant Subsidiary (and to the best of the Corporation’s knowledge, the Joint Venture Entity) holds the Owned Premises under valid, subsisting and enforceable title documents and such title documents permit the Corporation and such Subsidiary (and to the best of the Corporation’s knowledge, the Joint Venture Entity) Significant Subsidiaries to carry on the Business their business thereon as currently conducted.
