Overtime on a Premium Day. Where a nurse is required to work on a paid holiday or tour covered by any of the provisions of Article 18.02 (a) to (e) inclusive, for which she/he received time and one half (1½) her/his regular straight time rate of pay and she/he is required to work additional hours to her/his regularly scheduled tour, she/he shall receive one and one half (1½) times her/his overtime rate of pay for all additional hours worked.
