Overtime - Equal Distribution. All overtime to be performed by bargaining unit employees shall be distributed and rotated as equally as is practicable within each department, site or kitchen. The District retains the right to remove a bargaining unit member from overtime work rotation based on his or her performance during overtime assignments.
