Overtime - Equal Distribution. Overtime shall be distributed and rotated as equally as is practical among employees in the bargaining unit within each department and at each work site according to seniority and meeting the requirements for the assignment. The senior employee may refuse the assignment without waiving his rotation rights.

Overtime - Equal Distribution. In the event that two or more employees are assigned to the same position, overtime shall be distributed evenly between them, to the extent deemed practical by the supervisor.
