Overload. In the event that a position is vacated during the course of a term or course and a satisfactory replacement cannot be found, a fully employed Employee(s) may be requested to carry an overload for the remainder of the term of the course. An Employee who accepts such an overload will either be given time off at a time acceptable to the Faculty Member, Chair, and ▇▇▇▇ or will receive prorated remuneration and vacation credits.
