Outside Visitors. It is mutually agreed that it is the best interest of the safety of employees and the students to develop procedures at school sites for checking in of outside visitors. It is agreed that representatives of Local One and UTR will meet with the District to develop such procedures and that Local One School Secretaries will be provided a representative to meet to provide input on this issue.

Outside Visitors. It is mutually agreed that it is the best interest of the safety of employees and the students to develop procedures at school sites for checking in of outside visitors. It is agreed that representatives of Teamsters 856, SSA/Local21 and UTR will meet with the District to develop such procedures and that Teamsters 856 and SSA/Local 21 School Secretaries will be provided a representative to meet to provide input on this issue.
Outside Visitors. The District shall implement procedures at all sites for checking in outside visitors. The specific procedures at each site shall be agreed upon by the parties. The outside visitor policy at each school site shall, at minimum, include the following:

  • Visitors Resident will be responsible in all matters regarding this Agreement for the conduct of anyone Resident invites or permits to enter the Residence Facility or its grounds. Any violation of the provisions of this Agreement by such a person will be attributed to Resident and will be grounds for cancellation of this Agreement by College on behalf of Provider, as well as grounds for discipline of Resident by College through its disciplinary process.

  • Permitted Users Client may access and use only the Course Materials to which Client has subscribed, and such access and use is limited to the number of users identified in the Order Form and any subsequent Orders placed under an Order Form, and for the Contract Term. Orders for additional Subscriptions may be agreed by the parties from time to time under a particular Order Form, and shall set forth the number of additional Subscriptions, the total Subscription Fees payable therefore, and any other terms and conditions relating to such Order (each, an “Order”). Each Order Form and each Order, upon execution by both parties, shall form a part of this Agreement, and shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions hereof. An Order may take the form of a supplementary document signed by each party or acknowledged by each party electronically (whether by facsimile transmission, email or by other similar reliable means evidencing the intent of the parties). Each Order shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and shall be incorporated herein by reference. A Subscription is limited to use by one individual user and may not be transferred to another user.

  • OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS A. In the interest of providing the best qualified craftsmen in numbers sufficient to handle all of the services necessary to ensure the smooth operation, XXXX reserves the right to retain outside contractors to provide certain services, which services are to be determined by XXXX.

  • Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☐ Northeast Region ☐ West Region ☐ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.

  • Users Licensee is responsible for each User’s compliance with this XXXX. Licensee will ensure that all use of the Software by Users is in accordance with the terms of this XXXX.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Escorting Visitors Visitors to areas where PHI COUNTY discloses to 4 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY is 5 contained shall be escorted and such PHI shall be kept out of sight while visitors are in the area.

  • Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.

  • Outside Work All work necessary to the assembling, installation, erection, operation, maintenance, repair, control, in- spection and supervision of all electrical apparatus, devices, wires, cables, supports, insulators, conduc- tors, ducts and raceways when part of distributing systems outside of buildings, railroads and outside the directly related railroad property and yards. In- stalling and maintaining the catenary and trolley work on railroad property, and bonding of rails. All underground ducts and cables when they are in- stalled by and are part of the system of a distrib- uting company, except in power stations during new construction, including ducts and cables to adjacent switch racks or substations. All outdoor substations and electrical connections up to and including the setting of transformers and the connecting of the secondary buses thereto. Outside work to include renewable electrical energy sources such as solar photovoltaic, geothermal, wind, biomass, wave, etc., and other distributed en- ergy installations such as fuel cells, microturbines, etc.

  • Other Users If required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or if the Parties mutually agree, such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to allow one or more Parties to use the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, or any part thereof, Interconnection Customer will be entitled to compensation for the capital expenses it incurred in connection with the Interconnection Facilities based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually-agreed upon methodology. In addition, cost responsibility for ongoing costs, including operation and maintenance costs associated with the Interconnection Facilities, will be allocated between Interconnection Customer and any non-Party users based upon the pro rata use of the Interconnection Facilities by Transmission Owner, all non-Party users, and Interconnection Customer, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations or upon some other mutually agreed upon methodology. If the issue of such compensation or allocation cannot be resolved through such negotiations, it shall be submitted to Dispute Resolution pursuant to Section 12 of the Tariff.
