The 'Safety of Employees' clause establishes the obligation of an employer or contracting party to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. Safety of Employees. The Developer shall take all precautions for the safety of all employees at the work site and shall comply with all provisions of Federal, State, Municipal and Authority regulations and building codes to prevent accidents or injuries to persons on or about or adjacent to the premises where the work is being performed.
Safety of Employees. An employee of the Customer shall always accompany the staff of COMPAQ if this stays in the Customer's premises. The Customer shall take all the appropriate measures for the protection of health and safety of employees of COMPAQ in its premises.
