Other Vehicle or Vehicle-Related Items or Service Charges. All other fees charged to the customer (including, but not limited to, charges for additional or underage drivers, rental of cell phones, infant and child restraint seats, ski racks, satellite navigation systems or other technology, and other items of personal property) except those specifically excluded by this Contract.
