OTHER SERVICES AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION. Introducing Firm, Managers, Clearing Agent, and Sub-Advisors are under no obligation to effect any transaction for the Account which it believes to be improper under applicable law, rule, or regulation. Client acknowledges that Managers, as well as Clearing Agent, Introducing Firm, and Sub-Advisors and their affiliates, manage accounts for other clients and services and advice given to, or action taken from, any other client or account, including the firm's own accounts, may differ from that with respect to the Account. Neither Introducing Firm, any Sub- Advisor, Clearing Agent, nor any Manager shall be liable to Client for any error of judgment or mistake of law or for any loss arising out of any investment or for any act or omission in the management of the Account or the performance of Introducing Firm's, Clearing Agent's, Sub-Advisor's, or a Manager's respective duties under this Agreement, except for (1) individual, and not joint, liability for willful misfeasance, bad faith, or gross negligence in the performance of their respective duties and obligations under this Agreement; and (2) any liabilities that cannot be waived under state or federal law, including state and federal securities laws.

  • Disclosure of Account Information We may disclose information to third parties about Your Account or transfers You make: (1) when it is necessary to complete an electronic transaction; or (2) in order to verify the existence and conditions of Your Account for a third party such as a credit bureau or merchant; or (3) in order to comply with a government agency or court order, or any legal process; or (4) if You give Us written permission.

LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.
