Other Rights Preserved. Nothing in this Section 4 eliminates or diminishes rights which the Company may have with respect to the subject matter hereof under other agreements, the governing statutes, or under provisions of law, equity, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, this section does not limit any rights the Company may have under any agreement with Employee regarding trade secrets and confidential information.

Nothing in this Section 4 eliminates or diminishes rights we may have with respect to the subject matter hereof under other agreements, our governing documents or statutes, or provisions of law (including but not limited to common law and the Uniform Trade Secrets Act), equity, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, this Section 4 does not limit any rights we may have under any Spirit policies or any agreements with you regarding Confidential Information.
Other Rights Preserved. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the rights, powers and remedies under this Agreement are in addition to, and do not exclude or limit, any right, power or remedy provided by law or equity.

Nothing in this Paragraph 7 eliminates or diminishes rights the Company or the Parent may have with respect to the subject matter hereof under other agreements, its governing documents or statutes, or provisions of law (including but not limited to common law and the Uniform Trade Secrets Act), equity, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, this Paragraph 7 does not limit any rights the Company or the Parent may have under any of its policies or any agreements with the Executive regarding Confidential Information.
Other Rights Preserved. Employee expressly acknowledges the County is not requiring Employee to release Employee’s claims for workers’ compensation benefits, claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, health insurance benefits under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, or claims with regard to vested benefits under a LEOFF, PERS, PSERS, or City of Seattle retirement plan.
Other Rights Preserved. The availability or exercise of the right to terminate this Agreement pursuant to this Section shall not serve to diminish or effect the right of the Parties to seek damages or specific performance, for breach of this Agreement, as provided in Section 16.1 hereof.
Other Rights Preserved. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect or prejudice the Company’s rights in respect of the Lands under the provisions of any other right of way, held by the Company that encumbers the Lands or under applicable laws.

Nothing in this Paragraph 7 eliminates or diminishes rights the Company or the Parent may have with respect to the subject matter hereof under other agreements, its governing documents or statutes, or provisions of law (including but not limited to common law and the Uniform Trade Secrets Act), equity, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, this Paragraph 7 does not limit any rights the Company or the Parent may have under any of its policies or any agreements with the Executive regarding Confidential Information. The foregoing notwithstanding, the Company and the Executive acknowledge and agree that the terms of this Paragraph 7 supercede the provisions of Paragraphs 8, 9 and 10 of the Employment Agreement in their entirety.
Other Rights Preserved. Employee expressly acknowledges the County is not requiring Employee to release Employee’s claims for workers compensation benefits, claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, health insurance benefits under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), or claims with regard to vested benefits under a retirement plan governed by the Washington State Department of Retirement Systems.
Other Rights Preserved. This Agreement is in addition to and not in substitution for any and all rights and remedies that may be otherwise available to WEA at law, or contained in any of the WEA Agreements; provided, however, Landlord shall not be bound by any of the terms of any of the WEA Agreements.
