Other Real Property Interests. The term "Other Real Property Interests" shall mean and refer to the easements and rights of access (other than those relating to multiple dwelling units) and other interests in real property held by such Party in connection with such Party's Cable Business, but not including such Party's Leased Property or such Party's Owned Property. Reference to PARTY A Other Real Property Interests shall be deemed to refer to the Other Real Property Interests of PARTY A, and reference to PARTY B Other Real Property Interests shall be deemed to refer to the Other Real Property Interests of PARTY B, in each case, as included among such Party's Assets.
Other Real Property Interests. The Insight Other Real Property ----------------------------- Interests or the AT&T Other Real Property Interests or both, as the context requires.
Other Real Property Interests. The Insight Other Real Property Interests or the TCI Other Real Property Interests or both, as the context requires.
Other Real Property Interests. Easements and rights of access (other than those relating to multiple dwelling units) and other interests in real property.

The easements and rights of access (other than those relating to multiple dwelling units) and other interests in real property held by IPWT, RMG or any of their Affiliates in connection with the Cable Business, including those interests described as Other Real Property Interests on Schedule 1.40, but not including Leased Property or Owned Property.
Other Real Property Interests. All easements and rights of access ----------------------------- (other than those relating to multiple dwelling units) and other interests in real property that are held for use or used in connection with the Cable Business and in which AT&T has, or acquires prior to Closing, any right, title or interest, including those interests described as Other Real Property Interests on Schedule 1.33, but not including Leased Property or Owned Property.
Other Real Property Interests. All such interests in real property, not described in the foregoing clauses (1) or (2), as shall run with the ownership, leasing, use or occupancy of, or shall otherwise be held by or inure to the benefit of, any of the Restaurant or the Xxxxxxxx'x Head Office sites, and/or the owner or operator thereof ("OTHER REAL PROPERTY INTERESTS");
Other Real Property Interests. All Other Real Property Interests which shall not be effectively transferred by the means described in the foregoing subsections (1) and (2) shall be transferred by the execution and delivery by the Parties of such agreements, instruments, certificates or other documents ("OTHER REAL PROPERTY TRANSFER INSTRUMENTS"), and the taking by the Parties of such other and further actions, as ELXSI shall determine to be necessary or desirable under the circumstances.
Other Real Property Interests. The IP-I Other Real Property Interests or the RMG Other Real Property Interests, as the context requires.
