Other Military Service With Active Duty Of At Least 90 Consecutive Days. An employee inducted or enlisted into active duty with the Armed Forces of the United States for a period of at least 90 consecutive days, where active duty is not covered by 2.c. (1) above, shall, upon satisfactory completion of military service, make application for re-employment within 90 days after: (i) the employee's release from active duty, or (ii) the employee's discharge from hospitalization incident to active duty or one year after the employee's scheduled release from active duty, whichever is earlier.
