Other Government Obligations. The Government shall cooperate with MCC and the MCC Service Providers in facilitating the implementation of all MCC Service Provider Contracts in accordance with this Agreement and shall comply with each of the obligations and responsibilities set forth in Annex III.

  • Indemnity for Government Obligations The Company shall pay and shall indemnify the Trustee against any tax, fee or other charge imposed on or assessed against deposited U.S. Government Obligations or the principal and interest received on such U.S. Government Obligations.
