Common use of Originality of Services Clause in Contracts

Originality of Services. PARTNER agrees that all technologies, formulae, procedures, processes, methods, writings, ideas, dialogue, compositions, recordings, teleplays, and/or video productions prepared for, written for, submitted to the DISTRICT and/or used in connection with this AGREEMENT, shall be wholly original to PARTNER and shall not be copied in whole or in part from any other source, except that submitted to PARTNER by DISTRICT as a basis for such services.
