Order of Payment of Items. When checks that you have written or electronic debits that you have initiated are presented to the Bank for payment on or as of the same business day and there are insufficient available funds in your account to pay all of these transactions, generally, we process your withdrawals in the following order of categories or types, paying items (with any fees associated with the item) in each category in the order of smallest to largest dollar amount. First, we pay cashed items; second, we pay electronic debits such as ATM withdrawals and transfers, point-of-sale ("POS") transactions with an ATM or debit card, and online banking transactions; third, we pay your ACH debits (including checks presented to us electronically as ACH debits); and fourth, we pay your checks.

Order of Payment of Items. We deduct checks that you have written or electronic debits that you have initiated from your account on the business day that they are presented to us for payment. If more than one item is presented on the same business day, we deduct the items in the following order. • First category: Any bounced checks, returned items, levies and executions, or similar items. • Second category: Items cashed at our offices. • Third category: Electronic debits such as ATM withdrawals and transfers, point-of-sale transactions with an ATM or debit card, and online banking transactions. • Fourth category: ACH debits (including checks presented to us electronically as ACH debits). • Fifth category: Other checks you have written on your account. • Sixth category: All other deductions. Within each category, deductions are made from the smallest to largest item. We deduct fees related to the item at the same time as the item that generates the fee, with the item being deducted first and the fee immediately after that.

  • Order of Payments Checks, drafts, transactions, and other items may not be processed in the order that you make them or in the order that we receive them. We may, at our discretion, pay a check, draft, or item, and execute other transactions on your account in any order we choose. The order in which we process checks, drafts, or items, and execute other transactions on your account may affect the total amount of overdraft fees that may be charged to your account.   • Verification of payment claims Project promoters shall submit interim and final project reports containing information on project progress and incurred expenditure. In line with point i) of Article 5.6.2 of the Regulation incurred expenditure reported shall be subject to administrative verifications before the report is approved. Verifications to be carried out shall cover administrative, financial, technical and physical aspects of projects, as appropriate, and be in accordance with the principle of proportionality. Examination of proof of expenditure related to the administrative verifications may be carried out on a sample basis. Additionally, in line with point ii) of Article 5.6.2 of the Regulation on–the-spot verifications of projects, which may be carried out on a sample basis, shall be carried out. The detailed procedure for verification will be further detailed in the description of the Programme Operator’s management and control systems.

  • Entitlement and Calculation of Payment Subject to maintaining any superior conditions concerning entitlement, vacation entitlement shall be as follows: An employee who has completed less than one year of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to two annual vacation. Payment for such vacation shall be prorated in accordance with his/her service. An employee who has completed one year but less than three years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to two weeks' annual vacation with pay. An employee who has completed three years but less than eight years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to three weeks' annual vacation with Effective in the vacation year where the date for determining vacation entitlement in the individual Hospital falls on or after January the service requirement for three weeks vacation shall be two or more years of full-time continuous service. An employee who has completed eight years but less than fifteen years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to four annual vacation with Effective in the vacation year where the date for determining vacation entitlement in the individual Hospital falls on or after January the service requirement for four weeks vacation shall be six or more years of full-time continuous service. Effective in the vacation year where the date for determining vacation entitlement falls on or after January the service requirement for four weeks vacation shall be five or more years of full-time continuous service. An employee who has completed fifteen years but less than twenty-five years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to five annual vacation with pay. An employee who has completed twenty-five or more years of continuous service as of his anniversary date of hire shall be entitled to six weeks annual vacation with pay. Vacation pay shall be calculated on the basis of the employees' regular straight time rate of pay times their normal weekly hours of work, subject to the application of the Effect of Absence provision.

  • Attachment B, Payment Provisions The payment provisions are amended as follows:

  • Manner of Payment All payments due under this Agreement shall be in lawful money of the United States of America in immediately available funds as each party hereto may specify to the other parties; provided, that in the event the Receiver or the Corporation is obligated to make any payment hereunder in the amount of $25,000.00 or less, such payment may be made by check.

  • TERMS OF PAYMENT 16.1 The Supplier shall request for payment by submitting invoice(s), delivery note(s) and any other relevant documents as specified in the SCC to the Procuring Entity.

  • Application of this Revenue Sharing Agreement to Notes The terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement shall apply to each Note as if the terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement were fully set forth in each Note.
