Opportunity to Consult. The Corporation agrees that new policies will not be introduced and existing regulations or directives will not be cancelled or amended, where such policies, regulations or directives affect conditions of employment or working conditions not governed by this agreement, until such time as the Alliance has been given a reasonable opportunity to consider and to consult on the Corporation's proposals.
Opportunity to Consult. Seller acknowledges that she has had the opportunity to consult with attorneys, accountants, and other advisors regarding the transaction contemplated by this Agreement. In reaching a determination to enter into this Agreement, Seller has relied solely upon independent investigations by Seller, or by Seller’s agents and advisors. Seller has sought and received, to the extent deemed necessary or appropriate, professional advice with respect to tax and investment aspects and merits and risks of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, including the tax effects and the appropriateness of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement in light of Seller’s unique circumstances, and is not relying on the Company or its officers, directors, or other agents and advisors for such advice and such advice has not been provided.
Opportunity to Consult. Employee acknowledges that Employee has been granted the opportunity to consult with counsel prior to the execution and delivery of this Agreement.
Opportunity to Consult. The interrogating officer should explain to the adult that the two of them will be left alone to provide them an opportunity to discuss the juvenile’s rights. Then the adult and juvenile must be provided an actual opportunity to discuss the juvenile’s rights and the consequences of the waiver.

Consultant acknowledges that he has received a copy of this Agreement prior to its execution and has been advised hereby of his opportunity to review and consider the Release for 21 days prior to its execution. Consultant further acknowledges that he has been advised hereby to consult with an attorney prior to executing this Agreement. Consultant enters into this Agreement having freely and knowingly elected, after due consideration, to execute this Agreement and to fulfill the promises set forth herein. The Release shall be revocable by Consultant during the seven-day period following its execution, and shall not become effective or enforceable until the expiration of such seven-day period. In the event of such a revocation, Consultant shall not be entitled to the consideration under this Agreement set forth in Paragraph 2.

SAMPLE ONE The Employee acknowledges that he/she has had an adequate opportunity to read and study this Agreement, to consider it, and to consult with a legal representative if he/she has so desired. SAMPLE TWO By signing this agreement, the Employee hereby certifies that he/she: has received a copy of this agreement to review and study before signing it; has read this agreement carefully before signing it; has had sufficient opportunity before signing it to ask any questions about it and has received satisfactory answers to all of hus/her questions; has had an opportunity to discuss it with his/her own legal counsel and to be advised as to its terms and your obligations and rights under it, and understand your rights and obligations under this agreement.
