Common use of Operations Division Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Operations Division Jurisdiction. The following duties relating to the broadcast, rehearsal and preparation of the Company's originated television programs and maintenance of the Company's property shall be performed by employees in the Operations Division of this Agreement if performed on premises owned and/or operated by the Company and on location in Canada [except as provided for in Article 9.3.1 (e)] and when so assigned on foreign location.

Operations Division Jurisdiction. The following duties relating to the broadcast, rehearsal and preparation of the Company's originated television programs and maintenance of the Company's property shall be performed by employees in the Operations Division of this Agreement if performed on premises owned and/or operated by the Company and on location SPECIALTY in Canada [except as provided for in Article 9.3.1 (e)] and when so assigned on foreign location.

Operations Division Jurisdiction. The following duties relating to the broadcast, rehearsal and preparation of the Company's originated television programs and maintenance of the Company's property shall be performed by employees in the Operations Division of this Agreement if performed on premises owned and/or operated by the Company and on location 42 CFTO—TV CTV SPECIALTY in Canada [except as provided for in Article 9.3.1 (e)] and when so assigned on foreign location.

Operations Division Jurisdiction. The following duties relating to the broadcast, rehearsal and preparation of the Company's originated television programs and maintenance of the Company's property shall be performed by employees in the Operations Division of this Agreement if performed on premises owned and/or operated by the Company and on location CFTO-TV CTV SPECIALTY 41 in Canada [except as provided for in Article 9.3.1 (e)] and when so assigned on foreign location.
