Operations and Engineering Management may use technical equipment in the execution of their normal job function insofar as they do not displace an employee, avoid filling a vacancy or avoid payment of overtime or penalties in the bargaining unit. For the purposes of this Agreement, equipment shall mean that used in transmitting control and/or conducting audio and video signals (in the analog or digital domain), and/or radio frequencies and signals for use in broadcast, closed circuit broadcast, rebroadcast, pickup relay, audition, rehearsal, recording, and/or air playback. The aforesaid jurisdiction shall include the following: The optical equipment physically associated with the above and used in live, film or recorded programs, slides, opaque pictures or other forms of pictures. The equipment used to project through the system, and the equipment used for technical inspection and SPECIALTY evaluation of film, slides, opaque pictures or other forms of pictures. The sound effects equipment and facilities used to create aural illusions. Electronic video and audio recording equipment used in connection with live broadcast, recording, re-recording, editing and playback. The equipment referred to in Article shall include Camera packages operated by Camera persons.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services.   • Procurement of Small Works Works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $500,000 equivalent, may be procured under lump-sum, fixed-price contracts awarded on the basis of quotations obtained from three (3) qualified domestic contractors in response to a written invitation. The invitation shall include a detailed description of the works, including basic specifications, the required completion date, a basic form of agreement acceptable to the Association, and relevant drawings, where applicable.   • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire. Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14. The cost of Purchaser’s actions, supplies, and equipment on any such fire provided pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, shall be credited toward such maximum. If Purchaser’s actual cost exceeds Purchaser’s obligation stated in A14, Forest Service shall reimburse Purchaser for the excess.
