Operating and Maintenance Manuals. Contractor shall supply Start Up, operation, and maintenance manuals for review by the Owner in accordance with Attachment V of the Agreement. These Start Up manuals will include the sequence of activities that must be carried out in order to Start Up of the Liquefaction Facility. The manuals shall incorporate the DOT Part 193 Operator Qualification and OSHA 1910 requirements that define the process safety management system.
