Open Enrollment Period. The CIILB Committee will declare an open enrollment period for bargaining unit members to join the CIILB for the first fifteen days (15) teacher contract days in each school year. A bargaining unit member who is first employed after the school year begins may become a CIILB member by notifying the CIILB by e-mail and authorizing the contribution of a sick leave day within ten (10) teacher contract days following the first day of employment.
