Common use of On-Call Services Clause in Contracts

On-Call Services. The program shall provide on-call coverage. Clinicians must be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week for intensive case management and crisis intervention for enrolled Clients. The on-call individual must be able to respond in person in a timely manner when indicated.
