ON-CALL DIFFERENTIAL. 25.01 Employees required to be on-call shall be paid an on-call differential of one dollar ($1.00) per hour, or portion thereof. 25.02 Should the Employer require an employee to be accessible during their on-call period, then all related expenses for such device shall be the responsibility of the Employer. 25.03 No employee shall be required to be on-call during more than one (1) calendar week in any six (6) calendar week period, and no more than one (1) weekend in every four (4) calendar week period, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
