Common use of Omissions Clause in Contracts

Omissions. If any punctuation, word, clause, sentence, or provision necessary to give meaning, validity, or effect to any portion of this Agreement shall be omitted here-from, then it is hereby declared that such omission was unintentional and that the omitted element shall be included in order to give meaning, validity, and/or effect to any portion of this Agreement.
