Omissions. Any omission by the Landlord to include in the account of the Building Expenses in any Financial Year a sum expended or a liability incurred in that Financial Year shall not preclude the Landlord from including that sum or the amount of that liability in any subsequent Financial Year as the Landlord shall determine.

Quality and quantity of parts or material so supplied shall conform to trade standards and be compatible with type, composition, strength, size and profile of parts or materials otherwise set forth in the Contract Documents.
