Omissions and Assumptions. 257. Conditions of employment, bargainable and arbitrable pursuant to Charter Section 8.409-3, in effect on the date of this Agreement, which are set forth in the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission and Charter, which are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, shall be maintained in full force and effect during the term hereof except as otherwise specifically provided in this agreement except as mutually agreed.
