OFFICE OF PUBLIC COUNSEL. If it provides, under the terms of this contract and on behalf of the State of Nebraska, health and human services to individuals; service delivery; service coordination; or case management, Contractor shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Office of Public Counsel, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 81-8,240 et seq. This section shall survive the termination of this contract and shall not apply if Contractor is a long-term care facility subject to the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 81-2237 et seq.
OFFICE OF PUBLIC COUNSEL. Contractor shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Office of Public Counsel, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 81-8,240 et seq concerning any matter within its jurisdiction. This section shall survive the termination of this contract.
