Common use of Office and Support Clause in Contracts

Office and Support. So long as Executive is providing services to the Company in any capacity, whether during or after the Term, the Company shall provide Executive with an administrative assistant and office space and business services that are appropriate with respect to the level of services provided by Executive. The provisions of this Section 4(h) shall survive the expiration of the Term if Executive’s employment with the Company continues beyond the expiration of the Term or the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason.

Office and Support. The Company and Executive acknowledge that the level of administrative assistance and office space and business services provided as of the date hereof are appropriate for the purposes of this Agreement.
