If any such office, sub-office, warehouse, housing or other facility is used for contract areas other than the Contract Area, the net costs thereof shall be allocated on an equitable basis.

  • Miscellaneous Expenses Board members may seek reimbursement for other expenses incurred while attending a meeting sponsored by organizations described herein by fully describing the expenses on the expense form, attaching receipts.

Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.
