CONTRACTOR’S GENERAL OBLIGATIONS. 3.1 Contractor shall carry out all its obligations under the Contract with all due care and diligence, in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with good industry practice for the provision of comparable Goods/Services, without delays, and in conformity in all respects with the terms and conditions of the Contract.

CONTRACTOR’S GENERAL OBLIGATIONS. 4.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, materials and equipment (except materials and equipment specified in this CONTRACT to be provided by the COMPANY), plant, consumables, facilities and all other things whether of a temporary or permanent nature, so far as the necessity for providing the same is specified in or reasonably to be inferred from the CONTRACT and/or is required for the full and proper performance of the WORK and/or the CONTRACTOR’s obligations under the CONTRACT.

The Contractor shall, with due care and diligence, and in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, design the Works to the extent stated in the Contract, and execute, complete and remedy any defects in the Works. The Contractor shall provide all superintendence, personnel, materials, plant, equipment and all other items, whether of a temporary or permanent nature, required for the design, execution and completion of Works, and for remedying any defects, in so far as is specified in, or can be reasonably inferred from, the Contract. The Contractor shall take full responsibility for the adequacy, stability and safety of all operations and methods of construction under the Contract.
CONTRACTOR’S GENERAL OBLIGATIONS. 11.2.1 The Contractor shall provide all the necessary funds, equipment, facilities and materials required for the performance of the Hydrocarbons Operations. It shall also supply all the technical expertise, including the use of the foreign personnel required for the performance of the Work Programmes. The Contractor shall be responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Work Programmes which shall be performed in the most appropriate way in accordance with Article 9 of this Contract and Good International Petroleum Industry Practice.
