Off Duty Time. 3 The City shall not impose regulations primarily related to wages, hours and conditions of 5 conduct which: 6 (A) Brings discredit upon the City of West Allis or the West Allis Fire Department; or 7 (B) Results in the use of public employment for private gain. 8 Conduct in contravention of this Article shall be subject to disciplinary action. The 9 Board of Police and Fire Commissioners of the City of West Allis may adopt rules, not 10 inconsistent herewith, for the implementation of this Article.
