Off Duty Time. An employee who shall be called as a witness arising out of and in the course of the employee's County employment during the employee's off duty hours shall be compensated for the time spent, or shall be compensated for a two hour minimum, whichever is greater.
Off Duty Time. There must be at least eight (8) hours of off-duty time for any worker who moves to a different shift or who works overtime before or after a shift. When workers are not given eight hours off before starting work again, double the shift time rate shall apply to all hours worked.

Off Duty Time. 7.1 Off duty time shall consist of all time worked beyond the end of a scheduled shift, time worked when ordered to report back to duty after going home, time when called on a day off and all off duty time required to be spent in court in cases arising directly from the officer’s employment as a Lynnwood police officer.
Off Duty Time. The Port and the Union recommend at least eight (8) hours of off-duty time for any employee who moves to a different shift or who works overtime before or after a shift. However, at the option of the employee, the employee may take PTO, LWOP, or work their regularly scheduled daily shift after working overtime before or after their shift. Due to safety concerns, the Port may require employees to take off-duty time.
Off Duty Time. Resident Physicians shall be entitled to at least four periods of 24 continuous hours of off-duty time in each four week rotation. Off-duty periods may or may not be consecutive. If a Resident Physician is required and authorized to work for three or more continuous hours in a scheduled off-duty period, the employee shall be paid 1/10 of his/her biweekly pay rate and if required and authorized to work for less than three continuous hours during an off-duty period, the employee shall be paid 1/20th of his/her biweekly pay rate for said work in lieu of receiving 24 continuous hours of off-duty time.
Off Duty Time a. When a unit employee is required to appear in court on behalf of the City during a time which is scheduled off-duty, the unit employee shall be credited overtime for all hours in court at one and one-half (1½) times the unit employee’s straight hourly rate.
Off Duty Time. Employees will not be required to report for work unless they have had at least eight (8) hours off duty from their last evening quit time to their next report time.

An employee who is called as a witness arising out of and in the course of the employee's County employment during the employee's off duty hours may be allowed to arrange their schedule, with appointing authority approval, so as to allow them to take time off within the same pay period in an amount of time equal to that time spent serving as a witness.
Off Duty Time. Off duty time shall consist of: (a) An operator's chosen days off, (b) when an operator requests and is given permission by the Authority to have time off (Booked-Off), (c) when he/she is sent home by the Authority for a lack of work but required to report back later the same day.
