OEM ACCEPTANCE. All insurance providers are subject to OEM acceptance. If requested by OEM, Recipient shall provide complete copies of its Contractors’ insurance policies, endorsements, self- insurance documents and related insurance documents to OEM’s representatives responsible for verification of the insurance coverages required under this Exhibit C. Exhibit D Information required by 2 CFR 200.331(a)
