ODOT Coalition (Except ODFW). (1) An employee who responds to a telephone call at home outside his/her work schedule hours and the employee is required to perform assigned duties, by a management representative or their designee, at his/her home will be compensated for actual time worked at the appropriate overtime rate of pay/compensatory time but no less than thirty (30) minutes per call. Time spent on the telephone call or work related to the telephone call must be at least fifteen (15) minutes in duration.
