Obligations of the Parties in processing Personal Data related to the Study 13. 2 Povinnosti smluvních stran při zpracování osobních údajů souvisejících se studii The Parties shall process Personal Data obtained in the context of the Study: in accordance with the Applicable Data Protection Law; and in accordance with the information security standards accepted in the industry warranting the confidentiality of Personal Data. The Parties shall furthermore use the Personal Data solely in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Smluvní strany budou zpracovávat osobní údaje získané v souvislosti se studii: v souladu s právem rozhodným pro ochranu osobních údajů; a v souladu se standardy informační bezpečnosti přijatými v daném oboru zaručujícími důvěrnost osobních údajů. The Parties shall assist each other to ensure compliance with the obligations defined in the Applicable Data Protection Law. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Obligations Owed to Third Parties The Contractor represents and warrants that all obligations owed to third parties with respect to the activities contemplated to be undertaken by the Contractor pursuant to the Contract are or will be fully satisfied by the Contractor so that the State and the State Entity will not have any obligations with respect thereto.
