Obligations of Distributor Maintained. Any suspension or termination of this Agreement by ABC in accordance with this Article shall not relieve Distributor of its obligation to pay any sum due hereunder or of its obligations with respect to the confidential treatment and protection of ABC proprietary information and Software. ABC shall not pay for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising from any such suspension or termination which is in accordance with this Article, or from any nonrenewable of this Agreement.

  • Customer’s Obligations 8.1 The Customer shall:
