Common use of Obligations of Customer Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Customer. 9.1. The Customer undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations whilst using the Service and to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that if the Service is used from a country or any jurisdiction outside Jersey or Guernsey, the use of the Service may be subject to different laws and regulations that apply in that country.
