Obligation to Make Deposit. Upon the signing of this Agreement by the -------------------------- parties, Depositor shall deliver to DSI the proprietary information and other materials ("deposit materials") required to be deposited by the license agreement or, if the license agreement does not identify the materials to be deposited with DSI, then such materials will be identified on an Exhibit A. If Exhibit A is applicable, it is to be prepared and signed by Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary. DSI shall have no obligation with respect to the preparation, signing or delivery of Exhibit A.
Obligation to Make Deposit. Within thirty (30) days following successful -------------------------- completion of the Field Trial (as defined in the Procurement Agreement), Depositor will deliver to Escrow Agent the proprietary technology and other materials ("Deposit Materials") identified on Exhibit A attached hereto. Exhibit A will be prepared and signed by Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary. Escrow Agent will have no obligation with respect to the preparation, signing or delivery of Exhibit A.

Upon the signing of this Agreement by the parties, including the signing of the Acceptance Form, and Exhibit D naming the Deposit Account, Depositor shall deliver to DSI the proprietary technology and other materials ("Deposit Materials") required to be deposited by the License Agreement or, if the License Agreement does not identify the materials to be deposited with DSI, then such materials will be identified on Exhibit A. If Exhibit A is applicable, it is to be prepared and signed by Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary. DSI shall have no obligation with respect to the preparation, signing or delivery of Exhibit A.

If Exhibit B1 is applicable, it is to be prepared and signed by Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary. Escrow Agent shall have no obligation with respect to the preparation, signing or delivery of Exhibit B1.

Upon the signing of this Agreement by the parties, including the signing of the Acceptance Form, Depositor shall deliver to DSI the proprietary technology and other materials ("Deposit Materials") required to be deposited by the License Agreement or, if the License Agreement does not identify the materials to be deposited with DSI, then such materials will be identified on Exhibit A. Upon the signing of this Agreement by the parties, including the signing of the Acceptance Form, BroadVision shall deliver to DSI the software and other materials ("Deposit Materials") required to be deposited by the License Agreement or, if the License Agreement does not identify the materials to be deposited with DSI, then the materials identified on an Exhibit A. If Exhibit A is applicable, BroadVision and Licensee shall sign it. DSI shall have no obligation with respect to the preparation, signing or delivery of Exhibit A.
Obligation to Make Deposit. Upon the signing of this Agreement by the parties, Contractor shall deliver to Escrow Agent copies of the NPAC/SMS Software and all NPAC/SMS Software related documentation (the “Escrow Materials”) as required by Section 9.4 of the NPAC/SMS Agreement. The Escrow Materials shall include at least those materials described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
