The laws and regulations which are applicable to their hospital and healthcare facility clients could indirectly impact their business to a certain extent, but because they provide services on a contract basis and are paid directly by their hospital and healthcare facility clients, they do not have any direct Medicare or managed care reimbursement risk. Most of the temporary healthcare professionals that they employ are required to be individually licensed or certified under applicable state laws. According to management, they take reasonable steps to ensure that their employees possess all necessary licenses and certifications in all material respects.
