NUMBERS IN ATTENDANCE. 4.1 The Hirer shall provide the University with details of the number of persons for which the Facilities are hired or for whom accommodation is to be provided in accordance with the timescales and dates laid out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement. Such number shall not exceed any limit which the University is permitted by law to observe.
